I subscribe to Fox Nation and after doing so I did not understand how to use it and when I try to contact customer service and get an understanding of our works, I couldnt get any answers I couldnt get through. I constantly was forwarded to robots and they wanted me to fill out a weekly application with my credit card number charging me a dollar and I did that once and nothing happened in my bank account immediately gave me a notice that that my account had been hacked for $48 so I had to close out the bank account and then I tried again and still could not get a hold of a person.
The robot was consistently refusing my ability to talk to somebody Im 73 years old. I am in a bad elf and I dont need this kind of nonsense. All I wanted was somebody to simply get on the phone with me and explain me how to use the program I watch Fox news all the time, and I was very interested in some of the programming the Fox Nation Produced.
I tried multiple times over an hour and a half. To get a hold of a live person, and it became so frustrating to me and I was so angry and when I finally did get a robot, I became so frustrated with that experience that I told them just cancel my account and they seem very welcoming to do so so I canceled my account and left.
Very upset and frustrated.
Based on my experience, I dont imagine that anybody will contact me regarding my experience as it appears to me that Fox nation has no interest in helping their customers which I found amazing.

My pillow needs to be pulled their commercials are as bad as their products. It's very poor quality that makes people wonder if Fox is also poor quality information I have already put in $164 symbols. Can you idiots not add?

In regards to the decision to remove Trump from the ballot you have not informed us of the whole story that not only was the lawsuit for his removal brought to the court by REPUBLICANS but that the decision was based on SUPREME COURT JUSTICE NEIL GORSUCHS DECISION. A CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN JUDGE!! Who originally served on the federal court of COLORADO!!!
His decision is actually quoted in this Colorado decision!!! Inform folks correctly if you want them to stand up for what/who THEY BELIEVE IN!!!

Requiring email "membership" to read articles
In spite of Fox News leaning left these days I would frequently catch up on national and world headlines via Fox News. For a while, they would sneak in a "sign up to read this article" article.
Now it is almost every article requires membership. Now I don't mind doing a member thing but I hate when a company requires me to send them my information and then limit what I can tell them that they can't sell about me. So they can sell my email address, my preferences in articles, any 'click bait' that I might hit, etc. I'm sorry.
Data is valuable and if they want mine they will have to make it worth my while. The majority of the articles have words spelled incorrectly as well as incorrect usage of some of the words.

First by not being able to contact them with your questions. And then charging you to chat with them. The $1 was an introductory price for help to lure you in.
In small print somewhere it said you agree to join for $48 for ongoing assistance. It is a shame they run a scam to make you pay for help.
